Nearly 5,000 Erie patients are expecting a new bundle of joy. Can you help us ensure that these babies and their parents have the tools they need during this exciting new chapter of life?
Your gift will connect parents to car seats, diapers, formula, wipes, pack & plays, blood pressure monitors, glucometers, and other essential items to keep them and their babies safe and healthy during pregnancy and after birth.
The Baby Registry items will be distributed to patients by the Maternal & Child Health Case Management (MCCM) and Social Drivers of Health (SDoH) teams. Storage space is limited, so our teams appreciate the flexibility of purchasing critical items as needs arise.

Your contribution supports patients like Claire*, an expectant first time mom enrolled in Erie's maternal and child health case management program. When Claire shared that she struggled to afford a safe sleeping area for her baby, her Erie case manager was able to give her a bassinet at no cost. Along with the bassinet, Claire received education on safe sleeping and a sleep sack.
